Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safe lifting practices.
• Label, sort, and stage inventory according to warehouse procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock verification.
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized, such as pallet jacks.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or material handling experience is helpful, but not always required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-based, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic math and reading skills for inventory and order processing.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items as required by the role.
• Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and equipment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using warehouse management systems or handheld scanners.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
