Established Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor - Tenure-Track Position in Real Estate (Finance) The Kate Tiedemann School of Business and Finance at the Muma College of Business, University of South Florida, invites applications for an open-rank (i.e., established assistant, associate, or full professor) tenure-track position in real estate. The position is open to candidates with a Ph.D. in real estate, finance, economics, or a related discipline. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must have a doctoral degree from an AACSB-accredited institution (or international equivalent) or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization. Candidates should demonstrate a strong record of achievement in academic research, teaching, and service, and must meet the University of South Florida's criteria for appointment at the appropriate academic rank. Preferences A strong record of published research in top-level real estate and finance journals for candidates seeking appointment with tenure. For tenure-track candidates, demonstrated potential to publish in top-level real estate and finance journals. Evidence of successful collaboration in academic research or professional endeavors. Evidence of teaching excellence in the real estate area. Evidence of ability to make service contributions to the university and the profession. Strong overall quality of the candidate as reflected in letters of recommendation, professional reputation, and personal references.
