Litigation Docketing Specialist

LHH is partnering with a national law firm to hire multiple Litigation Docketing Analysts for immediate contract openings.

Location: Remote (Candidates located in California, New York, DC, Maryland, and Virginia only)

Compensation: $40–$45/hour

Duration: 3–6+ months

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Calculate and calendar litigation deadlines

• Maintain court calendars and docketing records

• Research court rules, procedures, and filing requirements

• Respond to attorney and staff inquiries regarding deadlines and court procedures

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation docketing experience

• Experience calendaring litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
