Position Overview:

This role is best suited for caregivers who value consistency, independence, and taking ownership of their work. You’ll provide one-on-one care in a client’s home, building real relationships and maintaining a steady routine. This is a calm, structured environment—not a facility—and we keep things simple with clear expectations and consistent schedules so you can focus on providing quality care.

We trust our caregivers to work independently and show up for their clients. At the same time, our office team is supportive, responsive, and available when needed—creating a close-knit environment where caregivers are respected and backed by a reliable team.

Pay & Opportunities:

• Pay Range: $9.00 – $11.00 per hour

  • Base Pay: $9.00/hour

  • Certified CNA: $10.00/hour

  • Higher Rates Available for LPNs ($11.00+)

• Opportunities for consistent hours and additional shifts

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and supervision

• Support mobility and safety

• Follow care plans and complete daily documentation

• Follow EVV requirements with access to personal cell phone

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation

• Valid Driver’s License or State ID

• Ability to pass a Louisiana Statewide background check

• Dependable and consistent attendance

• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
