You will be responsible for completing required remote and On-The-Job training in support of completing project scope, objectives, and technical deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will participate in project work plans to ensure efficient project execution and successful delivery.The market you will be serving includes Pulp & Paper, Lithium-ion Battery, aluminum, rubber, plastic films, and OEMs making products where a continuous sheet is produced. The projects will be delivered using Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Quality Control Systems (QCS), Web inspection and Continuous Web Solutions (CWS) product lines as applicableYou will report directly to our Project Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our designated location in Duluth GA on an in the field and at the office work schedule.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our advanced engineering projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with stakeholders, managing project risks and issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEAssociate’s degree in from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematicsKnowledge of sheet manufacturing processes, measurement, and control in at least one of the following sheet manufacturing Industries(Paper, Extrusion polymer films, Tire Industries and Metals Rolling mills)Experience in any Object-oriented programming languages.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentValid Driver’s License & PassportSelf-motivation and willingness to work in demanding environments with little or no supervision and take initiative to be proactive.Willingness to travel +50% of the time after training is completeWE VALUEBachelor’s degree or Advanced degree from an accredited institution in a technical disciplingLabview ProgrammingCertifications/trained in any PLC or DCS programmingExperience with Honeywell Experion PKSExperience with Honeywell Quality Control SystemsExperience with PC networking equipmentExperience with 3rd party process control systemsExperience with Virtual hardware and software setup and network configurationExperience in executing complex engineering projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPassion for innovation and continuous learningProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.
