About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Ventura MedStaff to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Windsor, Vermont, 05089!

Travel Medsurg/Telemetry is needed for 13 weeks to start ASAP in a facility in Vermont. VT license is required. Shifts consist of 7-7 with every other weekend. Certifications required are ACLS, and BLS. 2 years recent Med Surg/Acute experience is required. Recent Telemetry experience is required. Charge Nurse experience is required. Travel experience si preferred. EMR: Cerner. Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5. Average daily patient census: 22. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
