This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing a global analyst relations strategy across a broad enterprise technology portfolio spanning communications platforms, customer engagement, identity, data, and AI-driven solutions. You will shape how the organization is positioned within the analyst community while driving narrative leadership in both mature and emerging categories. Acting as a strategic advisor to senior executives, you will influence messaging, category positioning, and market perception at the highest levels. The role combines executive communication, stakeholder influence, and deep market intelligence to ensure consistent leadership visibility across key analyst firms. You will also lead the development of high-impact programs such as analyst briefings, evaluations, and flagship industry events. This is a highly visible position requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate across complex global matrix organizations.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the global analyst relations strategy across core and emerging technology portfolios, ensuring consistent market leadership positioning and alignment with broader communications and product marketing priorities.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with key industry analysts and consulting firms, managing briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, and major analyst engagement programs.
• Drive end-to-end execution of major analyst evaluations and reports, coordinating closely with product marketing and executive leadership to ensure strong positioning and narrative consistency.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing guidance on messaging, preparing spokespeople, and ensuring high-impact communication in high-stakes analyst interactions.
• Lead and scale the analyst relations function, improving processes, team effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and R&D.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, including B2B SaaS, developer platforms, data infrastructure, or related fields, with significant exposure to analyst relations or strategic communications.
• Proven track record of leading global analyst relations programs and securing strong positioning in major industry reports such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, communicate persuasively, and operate effectively under pressure in high-visibility environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and market insights into clear strategic narratives.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capability to interpret market trends and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
