Human Resources Director

Strategic and hands‑on HR leader responsible for all human resources functions for a growing medical device manufacturer (~160 employees). Partners with executive leadership to drive HR strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance while leading a small HR team across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and leadership team Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management Oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management Ensure compliance with employment laws and FDA/GMP/ISO requirements Direct recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning Manage HR policies, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives Foster a positive, high-performance, employee-focused culture Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Experience in medical device, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred Key Skills Strategic HR leadership and business partnership Employment law and compliance expertise Change management and organizational development Employee relations and conflict resolution Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills Experience with HR systems and data management Ideal Candidate A results-driven HR leader who combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, excels in regulated environments, and can build a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
