Trusts & Estates Attorney

Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody seeks an experienced attorney for its Estate Planning, Probate, and Trusts practice group. Candidates must have a minimum of eight years of experience, with a focus on estate and gift tax planning, tax planning, and the management and preparation of estate plans, including wills, powers of attorney, and various trusts. Experience representing fiduciaries (executors, trustees and agents) and handling complex probate and estate administration matters is required. Applicants must hold a Texas license and demonstrate excellent academic credentials, work history, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Board certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law is preferred but not required. The firm offers a collegial environment with competitive compensation and benefits.
