As an In-Home Flooring Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners through qualified, company-provided appointments, assess their needs, recommend customized flooring solutions, and guide customers through the entire sales process. What We Offer 100% commission-based 1099 opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Average first-year earnings of $80K, with top performers earning $150K+ annually. Company-provided, pre-set appointments—no cold calling or door knocking. Paid two-week training program designed to teach you the fundamentals for success. Weekly commission payouts, bonus opportunities, customer referral bonuses, and double commission on self-generated business. Monthly draw program designed to support your success during your ramp-up period. Fast installation turnaround to help you start earning commissions sooner. Ongoing coaching, proven sales training, and clear opportunities for career advancement. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments. Conduct professional product presentations and consultations. Recommend flooring solutions based on customer needs. Prepare quotes and close sales. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to sale. What We're Looking For Sales experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset. Coachable with a desire to learn and grow. Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Manage your schedule and maintain accurate customer records. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
