Quality Control Inspector

QC Inspector We are seeking a dedicated QC Inspector to perform quality inspections on printed circuit boards and receive inspections of materials, including bare circuit boards and electronic components. This role requires a working knowledge of IPC610 and J-STD-001, proficiency in operating visual magnification devices, and the ability to interpret electronic and mechanical measuring devices. Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections of printed circuit boards. Perform receiving inspections of materials, including bare circuit boards and electronic components, using measurements and specifications. Operate and interpret visual magnification devices, basic electronic measuring devices, and basic mechanical measuring devices effectively. Foster and maintain professional and productive relationships with other staff and management. Work in a self-directed manner in a fast-paced working environment. Demonstrate proficiency in computer-based applications. Essential Skills: 3+ years of experience with inspection of PCB, Surface Mount, Through-hole, and electronics. Working knowledge of IPC610 and J-STD-001. Ability to effectively operate and interpret visual magnification devices, electronic measuring devices, and mechanical measuring devices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills. Acceptable visual acuity and eye-hand coordination. Ability to review and interpret technical data packages for electronic assemblies. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
