Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Sales RepresentativeYou have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and execute an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts. Deliver clinical brand specific presentations of products to physicians and other appropriate health care professionals.The successful Sales Representative will:Achieve &/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing salesDevelop & build professional relationships with key HCPs in assigned geographyDrive appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull through within local payers & community HCPsLeverage insights & knowledge of therapeutic, market, & competitor information to effectively manage business & challengesEssential Requirements:BA/BS degree required3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experienceConsistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishmentsAbility to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, & strong customer dedicationDesired Requirements:Allergy/Immunology experience preferredExperience calling on pediatriciansExperience calling on pediatricians in the designated territory geographyThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $97,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
