Construction Project Manager

As a ConstructionProject Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of awarded projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned landscape construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Track estimated versus actual costs and make decisions to help reduce cost. Price and process change orders that arise during the construction process. Oversee material procurement and delivery logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution. Conduct daily site visits to inspect quality and progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Participate in weekly meetings with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities. Communicate proactively with general contractors, design teams, owners, and developers to provide updates and address potential issues. Participate in recruiting, training, and developing landscape construction technicians. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry materials, equipment, and best practices in landscape construction. Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with all on-site protocols, training, and reporting requirements. Qualifications 2 years minimum of commercial construction management experience. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and tracking labor hours. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and subcontractors. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
