What Impact You’ll Make As a member of the Wind Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP), you will be an active contributor to our commitment to safety, high-quality scalable workhorse products, and decarbonizing the globe. Job Description What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities) Contribute to impactful and technically challenging projects in the wind power generation industry during four 6-month rotations in a variety of disciplines, including Design, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test. Enhance core engineering skills through Advanced Courses in Engineering, and business trainings with other GE Vernova Development Program members from other functions and locations. Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers. Grow technical expertise in your chosen field and expand skills in new areas. Have the opportunity to earn credit towards an MS degree in Engineering (if entering with a BS) What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following Engineering majors from an ABET accredited university. Eligible majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aero Engineering, Controls Engineering, Civil Engineering. Additional Notes Employees with a permanent address more than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible for a relocation package upon joining GE Vernova as well as rotating between sites while on-program. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: 5% Discretionary annual bonus. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
