Key Account Manager (KAM) - West

Corcept Therapeutics

Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Key Account Manager for the western United States to develop institutional strategies that increase disease awareness and establish screening pathways for hypercortisolism across healthcare systems. This role focuses on system-level partnerships and educational initiatives rather than direct product promotion.

Responsibilities

Assess health system structures, map stakeholder networks, and prioritize engagement across target institutions
Build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders within healthcare systems
Conduct educational engagements and support departmental education on hypercortisolism screening and diagnosis
Collaborate with clinical specialists and medical liaisons to develop disease identification pathways and system workflows
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned institutional strategy and program execution

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing relationships with complex healthcare systems and IDNs
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and stakeholder engagement in medical settings
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic institutional initiatives
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across commercial and medical organizations
Knowledge of hypercortisolism, endocrinology, or related metabolic disease areas preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse clinical and operational leaders
