Our staff enjoys flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments and is encouraged to maintain a culture of collaboration and mutual respect among colleagues.Key Responsibilities\n\n Engage directly with clients to assess their needs, set, and achieve personalized treatment goals.\n Provide prevention-oriented therapy techniques tailored to individual client circumstances and requirements.\n Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans to ensure efficacy and relevance.\n Collaborate with various stakeholders, including other treatment providers and placement agencies, to coordinate care effectively.\n Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment within our clinical systems.\n Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring detailed session notes are kept up-to-date.\n Participate in staff meetings, providing insights and engaging in discussions that enrich our team dynamics.\n Contribute positively to the company culture, promoting an environment that supports mental wellness for both clients and staff.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\nOur mental health counselors primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. We emphasize holistic and sustainable mental health solutions that are sensitive to the unique cultural and social circumstances of our clients, building trust and rapport as a foundation for successful treatment outcomes.Qualifications\n\n A valid and fully licensed mental health professional designation including LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW.\n A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with preference given to master's level education or higher.\n Proven experience (minimum of one year) in mental health counseling or related mental health fields.\n A good understanding of community mental health resources and how to leverage them for client benefit.\n Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective client engagement and team collaboration.\n Demonstrated ability to build rapport, trust, and strong therapeutic alliances with clients.\n Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills are critical for functioning effectively within our team-oriented environment.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Prior experience in community-based mental health settings or similar environments.\n Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.\n Experience with diverse patient demographics and culturally competent care practices.\nCompensation and Benefits\nWe offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
