Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comforts of their own home while providing therapy through secure telehealth platforms. The remote setting offers flexibility, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Conduct remote therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort during virtual meetings. Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions that promote emotional healing and relational growth. Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly in compliance with state and federal regulations. Work in tandem with fellow mental health professionals to provide a holistic care experience, exchanging insights and resources as necessary. Stay informed about current trends, best practices, and advancements in telehealth and psychotherapy. Participate in regular professional development and receive supervision to enhance therapy skills and effectiveness. Patient Population / Client Focus As an LMFT with Wellnest, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing personal challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and families seeking assistance with dynamics affecting their well-being. Your role will focus on understanding each client’s unique context, helping them to develop viable paths toward emotional stability and healthy relationships. Qualifications Currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona or eligible for Arizona licensure. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Demonstrated understanding of telehealth platforms and proficiency in virtual therapy best practices. Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written formats, showcasing empathy and active listening abilities. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently, managing time and client schedules effectively in a remote work setting. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive client information with professionalism and integrity. A genuine passion for aiding clients in achieving emotional well-being and facilitating significant life changes. Preferred Experience Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Emotionally Focused Therapy. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for managing client documentation efficiently. Prior involvement in community health initiatives or programs that support mental health awareness. Compensation and Benefits Wellnest Counselling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
