Production Operator

Description Grace Manufacturing Inc. is a world class leader in machine manufacturing, specialty precision products, and other industries. We are seeking qualified candidates for Production Operators at our Manufacturing facility in Russellville, Arkansas. This is a production role in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the following: Operating production machinery and producing parts Checking work against defined quality specifications Working in a team environment Working on continuous improvement projects Cross-training on multiple job functions Maintaining production workflow and a clean work area Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Grace Manufacturing policies and procedures Other miscellaneous duties as needed Requirements High School Diploma or GED Stable work history Organization and communication skills Effective decision-making skills High level attention to detail Preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment Experience operating machinery Use of blueprints, drawings and work orders to process orders Use of measuring instruments to check parts Physical Requirements Must be able to sit or stand in a stationary position up to 100% of the time. Must be able to walk in an office and production environment up to 100% of the time. Must be able to exchange accurate and concise information verbally in person and on the phone. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
