Location: Oriskany, NY (Remote after the ONSITE training)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr on W2

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Duration: 12 Month Contract (Potential Extension & Conversion)

Work Environment:

• Training is fully onsite for approximately 35 weeks.
• Standard training hours are 8:00 AM 4:30 PM EST.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Administrative Support Representative to provide administrative and customer service support for a busy claims operation. In this role, you will assist with inbound customer calls, claims setup, mail processing, document review, and quality control activities while ensuring timely and accurate claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a high-volume 800-number service line.
• Process incoming mail and claim-related correspondence.
• Enter new claims into the claims management system.
• Review claim documentation and prepare files for examiner review.
• Manage pending claim inventory and follow up on missing information.
• Perform cycle checks (peer reviews) to ensure claim accuracy before payment. May process simple claims.
• Maintain established quality, productivity, and service standards.
• Handle confidential information in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years of customer service, administrative, or related experience.
• Strong data entry and PC skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work effectively under close supervision
