Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Order Entry Location: King of Prussia, PA Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 per year Work Model: Remote offsite (Remote but must live in the vicinity of Blue Bell, PA) Hours: TBD - 1st shift Responsibilities Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service Handle basic customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues when necessary Utilize Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform daily tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order processing and data management Ensure all data entry tasks comply with company standards and procedures Requirements Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Prior experience in data entry or customer service roles preferred
