Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Leesburg, Virginia. Work Environment

Based in Leesburg, Virginia, our rehabilitation facility provides a friendly and collaborative environment where clinical expertise thrives. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for patients referred by physicians, establishing individualized treatment plans that address specific recovery goals.
• Implement a variety of treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities specific to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine rehabilitation.
• Provide high-quality customer service by actively listening to patients' concerns and responding with empathy, ensuring a positive therapeutic relationship.
• Perform regular progress reviews and modify treatment plans as necessary, utilizing evidence-based methods to maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes accurately in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a range of professionals, including occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Monadnock Care Solution, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, addressing a broad spectrum of conditions. Our facility specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric therapies, sports medicine recovery, and neurological rehabilitation. Your role will involve building rapport with patients of various backgrounds and ages, ultimately assisting them in achieving their functional goals and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, vital for patient interactions and teamwork.
• Technical proficiency in word processing and electronic documentation systems relevant to patient care.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.

Compensation and Benefits
