This position is strictly onsite, with therapists visiting clients within their homes in Ashburn and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive physical therapy treatment aimed at preventing disabilities, relieving pain, improving muscle function, and maximizing performance in line with individualized care plans.
• Oversee and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants during their treatment sessions, ensuring adherence to established care plans.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' physical functions using diagnostic tools and assessments to create tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Assess home environments to provide recommendations that promote client independence, making timely modifications to treatment plans based on observations.
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and prepare clients for functional activities designed to restore mobility.
• Ensure accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and care plans in compliance with OASIS and other regulatory requirements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with healthcare professionals to review client progress and adjust treatment goals as necessary.
• Educate clients and their families about the use and care of therapy devices, empowering them in their rehabilitation journey.
• Ensure timely submission of clinical and payroll documentation as per company guidelines.
