Work Environment

The selected Physical Therapist will work onsite at our outpatient office in Ashburn, Virginia. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. The practice environment is collaborative, encouraging team interaction among two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA) to ensure comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify individual patient goals and needs through thorough evaluations and consultations.
• Manage an efficient patient load of one client per hour, maximizing time for personalized treatment.
• Implement evidence-based treatment plans and interventions tailored to the unique requirements of each patient.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques and modalities to enhance patients' motion, mobility, and strength.
• Encourage a proactive approach in minimizing the use of medications by exploring holistic and non-surgical treatment alternatives.
• Create supportive fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' specific rehabilitation goals.
• Document treatment sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the care provided.
• Provide motivation and encouragement throughout the treatment process, ensuring patients stay engaged in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, while maintaining open lines of communication with patients and their families.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
