Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and establish effective treatment goals based on physician referrals.
• Design, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans utilizing industry best practices and research-driven methodologies.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to facilitate recovery, demonstrating exceptional skill and care at each session.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about home exercise programs and self-management strategies to enhance recovery and prevent recurrence of injuries.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment adjustments in line with organizational policies.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to discuss patient care updates and strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Commit to continuous improvement by participating in professional development opportunities and staying current with advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients, but you will also have the opportunity to work with pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine populations. This diverse client base allows for an enriching experience as you adapt treatment strategies to meet individual needs and conditions, ensuring compassionate care tailored to each patient.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health records and documentation systems.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from a recognized organization.
• Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships that facilitate trust and encouragement for patients to achieve their goals.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, especially in an orthopedic setting.
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration within a healthcare team to maximize patient care efficiency and results.
• Proven track record of utilizing therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
