Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ success as a full-time School Psychologist on a contract assignment near beautiful Holland, MI. Collaborate with passionate educators at two different school sites, where your expertise will help shape the educational journeys of K-12 students through comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience conducting psychological and academic assessments in a school setting
- Proficient in interpreting testing results and writing detailed reports
- Strong communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload at multiple sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, score, and interpret assessments to support special education eligibility
- Conduct re-evaluations, update reports, and contribute to the development of IEPs
- Offer consultation and recommendations to teachers and parents based on assessment findings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify student strengths and areas for growth
- Support initiatives that promote students’ mental health and academic well-being
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations
