You’ll work 1:1 with children with autism, helping them build essential skills while being part of a supportive team .

No prior ABA experience? No problem!

We provide comprehensive training and RBT certification as well as constant mentoring so you can feel confident stepping into this rewarding role.

Competitive pay: $18- $24/hour , based on experience and location
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification support
Mileage reimbursement for in-home services
Clear promotion path for those seeking BCBA mentorship
Local caseloads—no long commutes

What You'll Do:

Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills
Accurately track data and progress in real-time
Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments
Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

Scheduling & Compensation

$18- $24/hour depending on qualifications and market
Work close to home; we serve families throughout Grand Rapids and surrounding areas

You’re a strong fit if you:

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Can pass a background check
Have a certificate of completion for the 40 hour RBT coursework, compliant with 2026 Requirements.
Bonus if you have: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields
