Commercial Property Manager

Our client is a privately owned commercial real estate investment and management company with a strong portfolio of retail properties throughout Texas. They are seeking an experienced Retail Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maximize the performance of a portfolio of shopping centers. What You’ll Do Manage the daily operations of retail shopping centers and maintain strong tenant relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, contractors, and ownership Oversee property budgets, operating expenses, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and construction projects Review vendor contracts, bids, invoices, and service agreements Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained and presented Monitor tenant compliance with lease requirements and coordinate lease-related issues Work closely with leasing, accounting, construction, and senior management Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of property performance Resolve tenant concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional manner What We’re Looking For 3+ years of commercial retail property management experience Strong knowledge of retail leases, CAM, operating expenses, and tenant relations Experience managing shopping centers or multi-property retail portfolios Strong financial and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, entrepreneurial team Why This Opportunity?
