Maintenance Technician Full Time Meridian Pointe, Tampa, FL, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 5572 Salary Range: $22.00 To $24.00 Hourly Position Full-time Maintenance Technician at Richman Property Services, Inc. in Tampa, FL! Location Meridian Pointe Apartments, located in Tampa, FL Hours M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, with on-call weekend rotation. 40 hours per week, weekend rotation required. Key Qualifications EPA I & II or EPA Universal. If you do not have your EPA but possess the right skills and experience, RPS may sponsor (and pay) for your EPA I & II within your first 75 days on the job.
