They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager or Tax Director to join their growing team on a partnership track. Responsibilities:

Lead and review complex tax engagements, including tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, family offices, and closely held businesses

Identify and deliver strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize opportunities for clients

Serve as a trusted advisor by developing and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their unique personal and business goals

Supervise, mentor, and develop tax team members; foster a supportive environment that reflects the firm's values

Work closely with partners and senior leadership on client development initiatives and firm-wide strategic projects

Stay current with evolving tax legislation and proactively communicate relevant changes and planning opportunities to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

CPA license required; MST or JD/LLM in taxation preferred

10+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax compliance and consulting

Ideally bring established client relationships to help expand and strengthen the firm's practice

Expertise working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts & estates, and privately held businesses

Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to clients and colleagues

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The average base salary for professionals joining the firm at this level is approximately $250,000, reflecting the firm's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
