Master Diesel Mechanic – Work on Everything That Moves!Are you a diesel pro who loves variety and challenge? Join our team and work on an exciting mix of heavy equipment—from massive excavators to precision forklifts, road-ready trucks to specialized trailers.What You'll Do:Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, trailers, and heavy equipmentTroubleshoot fuel, brake, transmission, hydraulic, suspension, exhaust, and electrical systemsUse diagnostic software and tools, including Davie 4, to identify and resolve issuesPerform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliabilityTest equipment after repairs to ensure safe operation and performanceMaintain accurate maintenance and repair records in compliance with DOT and company standardsFollow all OSHA and DOT safety requirementsWhat You Bring:3+ years of diesel mechanic experience, preferably with trailers and mixed heavy equipmentExperience working on trucks, trailers, excavators, forklifts, loaders, and similar equipmentStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of hydraulic and electrical systemsExperience with Davie 4 diagnostic softwareCommitment to safety and quality workmanshipRequired Certifications:Foundation Brake Certification (required)Cummins Certification (preferred)CDL license preferred but not requiredWhy Join Us?Work on a diverse fleet of equipmentOpportunity to tackle complex diagnostics and repairsOngoing training and certification supportCollaborative team environmentMake a direct impact on equipment reliability and operationsWork Environment & Physical Demands:This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting from 50-75 lbs.
