Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and monitor responses to treatment.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately and timely.
  
  
• 
  Execute emergency protocols and interventions as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active state license as a Registered Nurse.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 2 years of ICU RN experience.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in critical care procedures and protocols.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Be willing to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) on a 3x12 or 4x12 schedule.
