Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Monitor at Phoenix, AZ . This is a great full-time opportunity, 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Assignment Details Full-time 13-week assignments Option to renew every 13 weeks (ongoing) Shift Day Shift (3×12-hour shifts weekly, minimum 13 weeks) Night Shift (3×12-hour shifts weekly, minimum 13 weeks) Position Description (PD) Monitors patients on suicide watch, in therapeutic restraints, or otherwise at-risk of self-harm or danger to others Performs visual or video monitoring and reports findings and observations to the licensed nurse Completes and processes all required documentation legibly, timely, and accurately Reports and documents changes in the patient chart regarding patient activity Follows directions of the medical personnel in charge of the respective unit Requirements High School Diploma or GED Experience viewing multiple monitors, observing patients, and reporting findings Minimum six months of experience performing clerical or support services in a medical setting Saratoga Medical Center, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion, transfer, discharge, compensation or any other term or condition of employment on the basis of race, religion, color, age (over age 39), sex, national origin, or on the basis of disability if the employee can perform the essential functions of the job, with a reasonable accommodation if necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr Saratoga Ascend
