Accounts Receivable/Cash Applications Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Stoughton, MA looking for an Accounts Receivable/Cash Applications Specialist to join their team. This position is on-site and pays
$24-25/HR
depending on experience. Responsibilities Post and reconcile customer payments received via lockbox, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards. Apply payments to outstanding invoices using remittance documentation. Process and reconcile intercompany transactions. Enter billing adjustments from the billing platform into the ERP system. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including unapplied cash and other account variances. Experience Required 2+ years of cash application experience Experience working within ERP systems Ability to accurately process high-volume transactions Strong reconciliation skills, including researching unapplied cash Proficient in Microsoft Excel Compensation $24-25/HR For immediate consideration, please submit an updated copy of your resume in Word format to Kyle McCombe at View email address on click.appcast.io.*KBW789*
