Accountant (Manufacturing Background) - Direct hire $75K/year

Overview Vice President @ Personnel People | Executive Search, Recruiting The duties are as follows: Responsibilities Maintain accounts payable and receivable Maintain personal records including sick and vacation time Invoicing for sales Tracking employee time for payroll Prepare journal entries as needed Pay invoices Reconcile petty cash and bank statements Prepare financial statements Monthly financials Prepare sales and profit reports Physical inventory report Prepare financial package Pay estimated taxes as required Prepare fiscal year accounts payable files Prepare for audit as needed Sage Software would definitely be a plus Payroll ADP Also excel background needed Hours Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm Compensation The pay is up to $85K a year based on experience Qualifications Experience with Sage Software is a plus Experience with ADP payroll Strong Excel background #J-18808-Ljbffr Personnel People
