Role Description The Virtual K–12 Math and Technology Instructor is responsible for delivering live, online instruction to elementary, middle, and high school students in mathematics and technology-related subjects. This contract, remote role involves planning and facilitating virtual lessons, adapting materials to meet diverse learning needs, and using digital platforms to create interactive and engaging sessions. The instructor will assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and communicate with caregivers or partner organizations as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing lesson plans, integrating educational technology tools, maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, and participating in occasional virtual meetings or training sessions to align with program goals.

Qualifications

• Curriculum Development and Education skills to design age-appropriate, standards-aligned math and technology lessons.
• Instructional Design and Training skills to create structured learning experiences and deliver effective virtual instruction.
• Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with students, families, and team members in an online environment.
• Experience teaching or tutoring K–12 students in math and technology subjects in virtual or classroom settings.
• Proficiency with online learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital educational resources.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for varied learning styles and needs, including supporting learners who may need additional guidance.
