Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support patients' treatment goals and personal development.

• Documenting patient progress through detailed and timely progress notes that inform ongoing treatment planning and adjustments.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and other specialists, to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Providing education and orientation to patients and their families about available resources and therapeutic processes.
\n
• Advocating for further services and support for assigned patients, ensuring that they have access to necessary care and resources.

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of each patient's treatment goals and utilizing this knowledge to guide your therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse patient population experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in promoting healthier coping mechanisms, improving emotional resilience, and enhancing overall well-being for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) issued by the state board; limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic interventions.

• Strong evaluative skills to make informed decisions for treatment planning and implementation.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Aptitude for using digital documentation systems and general computer literacy skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience with teletherapy, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities are beneficial. A background in community health settings is a plus, as it enhances your ability to navigate the diverse needs of our patient population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
