Compensation : $100,000 – $120,000 Base Salary or $10,000/Month Per Active Project

Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee the construction of ultra-high-end custom waterfront homes in East Boca Raton and Hillsboro Beach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing luxury residential projects valued at $10 million and above, ensuring exceptional quality, schedule adherence, budget control, and client satisfaction from pre-construction through project completion.
• This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and homeowners while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of luxury custom residential construction projects from groundbreaking through final turnover.
• Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and consultants.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site meetings with ownership, architects, designers, and trade partners.
• Monitor project costs and proactively address scheduling, quality, and budget concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting requirements, and safety regulations.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, change orders, and contract documents.
• Maintain accurate project documentation using project management software.
• Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining the highest level of quality expected in luxury waterfront construction.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction management or superintendent roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-end custom homes valued at $10 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Experience working on waterfront residential projects preferred.
• Proficiency with:
• Buildertrend
• Procore
• Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Florida residential construction experience.
• Established relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.
• Experience coordinating high-net-worth homeowners and design teams.
• OSHA certification or other construction safety credentials.
