POSITION OVERVIEW – Digital Project Manager, Customer Experience
The Digital Project Manager leads digital customer experience projects from start to finish, from user research and discovery through design, development, testing, and launch. The role brings AI and new technology into team workflows and digital features, runs Agile sprint ceremonies, and coordinates across design, engineering, marketing, and content teams. It also tracks performance KPIs to keep improving the customer journey and presents project health and business impact to senior executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end digital projects across user research, discovery, journey mapping, wireframing, sprint development, and deployment, so the customer journey is seamless across all touchpoints
• Champion and integrate AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI tools into team workflows, digital features, content generation, and project operations to drive automation and efficiency
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives) while managing milestones, delivery risks, and dependencies across departments
• Partner with UX/UI designers, digital marketing, content teams, engineering squads, and regional business units to align on project goals, technical scope, and delivery timelines
• Build, maintain, and administer project boards, documentation, sprint backlogs, and roadmaps in Jira and Confluence
• Coordinate between creative and technical teams so digital assets (web banners, UI comps, interactive modules) meet brand standards and technical specs; use Adobe Photoshop for quick asset review, layer inspection, and format checks
• Partner with QA teams to define test criteria, coordinate end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT), triage defect backlogs, and validate the final user journey before launch
• Track, analyze, and report on core KPIs (conversion rates, CSAT, task completion rates, engagement metrics), using quantitative analytics and qualitative customer feedback to guide ongoing improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of dedicated project management experience in digital product, digital marketing, agency, or consumer technology environments
• Proven track record running projects across the full design lifecycle: discovery, UX/UI, wireframing, build, validation, and release
• Hands-on experience with, or demonstrated familiarity with, AI, machine learning concepts, LLMs, and generative AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for process automation, workflow optimization, or feature deployment
• Direct experience managing QA/UAT cycles, defect tracking, and release sign-offs for digital experiencesDemonstrated ability to analyze quantitative analytics and customer sentiment to measure project impact and recommend improvements
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with proven experience presenting roadmaps, business impact, and project health metrics to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
• Strong foundation in Agile/Scrum, with experience adapting workflows to hybrid delivery models that combine Agile sprints with structured milestone governance
• Advanced proficiency in Jira (backlog management, sprint setup, workflow customization) and Confluence (knowledge bases, project hubs)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data modeling and tracking and PowerPoint for executive presentations
• Working familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Cloud (opening files, inspecting layers, verifying resolutions, exporting digital assets, and collaborating with visual designers)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Willing and able to work on-site full time at the client’s campus in Plano, T

Preferred:

• Relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster/CSM)
• Experience with AI-assisted product design, digital customer care bots, or enterprise AI workflow integrations
• Experience with enterprise digital experience platforms, content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), or eCommerce environments
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed global organization
