Parts Sales Growth Representative

Job Title

Develop and grow parts sales through a hybrid inside and outside sales role that includes inside sales execution, outside prospecting, support of outside sales representatives, and helping grow online parts sales. This role is designed as a sales-driven position with a clear path to managing a territory and supporting future account transitions.

Essential Duties

• Learn the trailer and parts business through hands-on training, systems, and working alongside experienced team members.
• Actively sell parts via phone, counter, and outbound sales efforts.
• Research, prospect, and develop new business within assigned and adjacent territories.
• Spend 2 days per week outside the building visiting customers and building relationships.
• Partner with outside sales representatives to grow account gross profit, increase share of wallet, and identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Cover outside sales territories as needed during vacations or absences, including customer visits, follow-up, quoting, and account support.
• Help grow online parts sales through customer follow-up, order support, lead development, and promotion of online buying options.
• Grow and maintain existing accounts by increasing share of wallet and frequency.
• Support major account coverage and transitions as territories shift.
• Work closely with Parts Manager, Trailer Sales, and Leasing to identify and capture opportunities.
• Utilize CRM to track all customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activity.
• Assist with counter sales and internal parts department operations as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and gross profit targets.
• Promote and sell all UKTS departments (Parts, Service, Trailer Sales, Leasing, Financing).

Education and Experience

• Education This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience Prior sales experience preferred.

Physical Environments

• Noise levels are quiet to moderate at times.
• The physical exertion is moderate, and work is performed in an office setting.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
• The employee must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
