As we continue to grow across Canada, our affiliate channel will play an important role in helping us reach new customers and build sustainable market share. We're looking for an Affiliate Account Manager – Canada to help grow and develop our Canadian affiliate programme. You'll work with a wide range of partners, from publishers and comparison sites to content creators and performance marketing partners, helping turn commercial opportunities into high-quality customer acquisition. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a growing channel within an ambitious international betting business.

As Affiliate Account Manager – Canada, you'll support the growth of DAZN Bet's affiliate acquisition channel across Ontario, Alberta and the wider Canadian market. You'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting and managing affiliate partners, developing commercially sustainable relationships and using performance data to improve customer acquisition and long-term player value. Working closely with the Country Manager, central Affiliate team, Marketing, CRM, Compliance and Business Intelligence, you'll provide dedicated local ownership of affiliate activity and ensure campaigns are relevant to Canadian customers, commercially effective and compliant with local regulations. You'll manage affiliate relationships from onboarding through to ongoing optimisation, giving you the opportunity to develop both your commercial and digital acquisition expertise.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 This role can be based in Remote Ontario. As part of our recruitment process, we may use automated or AI-supported tools to assist with application review and screening. These tools are used to support, not replace, human decision-making. Final hiring decisions are always made by our hiring team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners across Canada, focusing on relationships that can deliver sustainable acquisition volume and high-quality customers.
• Build strong day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners, acting as the key local contact for campaigns, placements, promotions, performance discussions and new opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid agreements within agreed budgets, balancing acquisition volume, customer quality and commercial return.
• Monitor partner performance across registrations, FTDs, CPA, conversion, NGR, retention and customer value, using data to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns, landing pages, tracking links, creative assets and promotional placements with internal teams to ensure activity launches effectively.
• Ensure affiliate content and promotions meet Canadian regulatory, Responsible Gambling and DAZN Bet brand requirements, escalating and resolving issues where necessary.
• Maintain accurate reporting and forecasts across acquisition volumes, partner performance, commercial commitments and affiliate spend, providing recommendations to the Country Manager and central Affiliate team.
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Compliance, Finance and Business Intelligence teams to resolve issues and maximise the performance of the affiliate channel.
• Stay close to the Canadian betting and affiliate landscape, identifying new publishers, partnerships, competitor activity and emerging opportunities that can support DAZN Bet's growth.

What You'll Bring:

• Around 2–4 years' experience within affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, account management, business development or performance marketing, ideally within online betting, gaming or another regulated digital industry.
• Good understanding of affiliate commercial models including CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid agreements, with the confidence to negotiate and manage partner relationships.
• Experience using acquisition and customer metrics such as registrations, FTDs, CPA, conversion, NGR, retention and customer value to evaluate performance.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into clear actions and recommendations.
• Understanding of digital acquisition funnels, tracking and attribution, with experience using affiliate platforms, reporting tools and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of the Canadian online betting and gaming market would be advantageous, particularly Ontario, Alberta and their respective regulatory environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to work directly with publishers, affiliates and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple partners, campaigns and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• A strong sense of ownership and commercial curiosity, comfortable working independently while collaborating with local and international teams.
