Case Manager

Job Overview This position delivers high quality professional recovery-oriented case management and skills training services to people with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The role is supported by an interdisciplinary team of nurses, peers, psychiatrists and other professionals focused on providing state-of-the-art integrated care. The person in this position will utilize their expertise to provide training in skills that primarily focus on furthering an individual's independent living, community skills, overall wellness, and recovery. Services should promote community integration, increased stability, improved quality of life and implementation of self‑determination for individuals served, as appropriate. The service delivery will occur face‑to‑face or through televideo in the community or in‑clinic. Knowledge of mental illness. Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driving status throughout employment. Preferred Qualifications One year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention and screening. Masters degree in psychology, social work, or a related human service field.
