Candidates should exhibit the following behaviors: RESPONSIBILITIES General Managers are responsible for the overall operations of an Arby’s® restaurant, including management and team staffing and training; insuring service, quality, cleanliness, and safety standards; regulatory compliance; and adequate performance on all financial and operational measures. We are seeking career-minded, motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team that works well together to increase profits, provide superior service, and have a passion for being the best in the business. The position requires pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists, and the ability to lift 25 to 40 pounds. EXPERIENCE 2-4 years management experience in a quick service dining concept. Financial/Analytical aptitude including scheduling and P&L management.
