Job Description

• Lead preconstruction efforts, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Develop and manage cost estimates, ensuring alignment with project goals and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance.
• Analyze and evaluate construction plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide strategic input during the bid and negotiation process to secure optimal outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks during the preconstruction phase.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance preconstruction processes.

• Expertise in analyzing construction plans and specifications.
