Compensation:

$122,300 - $197,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and sellers, ensuring a robust and active client pipeline.
• Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing, with confidence and clarity.
• Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their needs and preferences.
• Manage all transaction details meticulously, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.
• Develop consistent daily habits that drive long-term success and income growth in the real estate market.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and support, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate license or in the process of getting one.

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience.

• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and client relationships simultaneously.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative spirit.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in training programs.
