You will be required to assist in setup, greeting, food service and breakdown of event venue after the evening. Catering and event experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• You will be required to assist in setup, greeting, food service and breakdown of event venue after the evening.
• Assist with the complete catering setup, including but not limited to, tables settings, buffets, and beverage stations.
• Accurately transports food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Check the quality of food before serving.
• Perform necessary tasks to service guests including, but not limited to, filling drink orders, providing refills, answering questions, and clearing dirty dishes.
• Monitor guest needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handles any guest complaints.
• Replenish food on buffet lines if necessary.
• Ensure proper stock of all product and supplies needed for service.
• Breakdown event according to company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 months previous experience in food & beverage service or related guest service environment preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple table assignments at one time.
