This role is critical in ensuring smooth logistics, inventory accuracy, and excellent service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippingManage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsDevelop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costsEnsure accurate inventory management and conduct regular auditsMaintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulationsCoordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to streamline operationsMonitor KPIs (productivity, order accuracy, turnaround time) and implement improvementsManage warehouse budgets, expenses, and resource allocationImplement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS)Handle problem resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
