Influencer Marketing Specialist

Job Summary and General Duties:

The Influencer Marketing Specialist supports the execution of creator partnerships, influencer campaigns, and affiliate programs that build brand awareness, generate engaging content, and drive measurable business results. Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager, this hands-on role manages day-to-day creator relationships, campaign logistics, and performance tracking while partnering with Brand, Social, Creative, Paid Media, E-commerce, and Legal.

Creator Partnerships & Campaign Execution

• Identify, research, vet, and recruit influencers and creators aligned with brand audiences, campaign objectives, and product priorities.

• Coordinate creator outreach, onboarding, briefs, product seeding, content approvals, posting schedules, and deliverables.

• Build strong creator relationships and support partnership negotiations, contracts, usage rights, and disclosure requirements in collaboration with the manager and Legal.

• Support influencer activations, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and creator events from planning through execution.

Affiliate & Commerce Programs

• Support day-to-day execution of affiliate and creator commerce programs, including TikTok Shop and Amazon Creator Connections.

• Coordinate creator recruitment, samples, affiliate communications, content delivery, and marketplace-specific campaign needs.

• Partner with E-commerce, Paid Media, and Social to help repurpose approved creator content across channels and support partnership ads.

Performance, Reporting & Optimization

• Track campaign timelines, creator deliverables, budgets, content usage permissions, and program performance.

• Maintain reporting on reach, engagement, content performance, traffic, conversions, affiliate sales, and other campaign KPIs.

• Share learnings, creator insights, and recommendations to improve future campaigns and identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities.

Knowledge and Skills Preferred:

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or related digital marketing roles.

• Hands-on experience managing creator outreach, campaigns, content approvals, and performance reporting.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and creator marketing; familiarity with TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connections, influencer platforms, and paid creator content is a plus.

• Experience with consumer brands or CPG preferred; health and wellness experience a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
