Nurse Manager

Overview As a member of the management team in the Healthcare Center, the Nurse Manager contributes to the organization\'s mission by treating each patient, client or customer with the highest level of respect and integrity. Using their high level of scientific knowledge, the Nurse Manager has the ability to analyze information collected pertaining to the patient and make decisions with regards to condition updates, and follow through, or initiating discussions about tests, procedures, and outside referrals. By coordinating the timeliness of these services, the Nurse Manager can help ensure the patient is receiving the highest quality of care that enhances the reputation of the organization, and encourages clients to continue to seek medical treatment from Healthcare Centers. As a member of the national nursing management team, the Nurse Manager is responsible for integrating and projecting the organization\'s mission and core values. Within the duties, the Nurse Manager is responsible for satisfactory patient/customer service by monitoring patient timelines, evaluating and improving the quality of patient care in the Healthcare Centers, as well as providing input on programs and nursing practices. The Nurse Manager oversees internal relevant medical nursing operations systems, ensures that staff reviews nursing policies and procedures and supports Quality Management Programs. The Healthcare Center Nurse Manager is responsible for projecting and integrating the Mission and Core Values of the organization as well as Management Philosophy in the leadership of the Healthcare Centers. Reporting to the Medical Director, the Nurse Manager leads the back office team to deliver a consistently high level of patient care by integrating and projecting the organization\'s mission and core values. The Nurse Manager participates in the case management of patients to ensure continuity of care and provides patient education in areas such as disease management. Responsibilities The RN Care Case Manager (RN RW IMM) blends the mission with Care Management across both Ryan White and Pharmacy programs. Utilizing strong nursing clinical skills, RW IMM Nurse focuses on a caring and knowledgeable approach. You\'ll work with our providers, pharmacy and healthcare center team so that patients receive the support they require and access to available resources. Collaborative contributions by the IMM MEDICAL CASE MANAGER are essential to our success including working with various departments within Pharmacy as well as other divisions, our patients and partners. Additional responsibilities emphasize collaboration and leadership within nursing management, with a focus on integrating and projecting the organization\'s mission and core values into daily operations. Qualifications and Competencies Maintains clinical competency, as demonstrated in providing and directing patientcare. Assures that nursing staff practice within their individual scopes of practice.
