Food production worker

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, able to work as part of a team, and comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks while maintaining high standards for food quality and cleanliness. salary: $19 - $22.5 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, portion, and package food products according to company standards.
• Work primarily with chicken and other food ingredients.
• Operate basic food-production and packaging equipment safely.
• Follow recipes, production instructions, and quality-control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area throughout the shift.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety requirements.
• Inspect products for quality, appearance, weight, and proper packaging.
• Label, pack, and organize finished products for storage or shipment.
• Load and move ingredients, supplies, and finished products as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 40lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
