Retail Shift Leader

Address: 2443 Austell Road SW Marietta, Georgia 30008 Pay: $15–$17 per hour based on experience We are looking for a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead and build career growth at EZCORP. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers while promoting sales and making deals for pawn items. Process loans and extensions and negotiate satisfactory terms for pawned items. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach team members. Ensure a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from the competition. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, shift lead, or manager experience. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) – a plus. Sales background – a plus. Bilingual – a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management skills. Strong negotiation and customer‑relationship skills. Benefits Medical insurance (TM only coverage).
